Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To help us serve all our patients effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation Notice

We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

2. Late Cancellation Fee

A late cancellation fee of $100 may be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

3. No-Show Policy

Patients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee.
